The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Risk scores are estimates and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Live data is fetched from third-party public sources that we do not control. You are responsible for verifying any critical information with the relevant official sources before acting on it.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Risk Calculator and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any information it provides.

Our scoring methodology, editorial content, and site design are our own. City coordinate data is provided by SimpleMaps World Cities under CC BY 4.0. Third-party data (advisories, weather, alerts, news) remains the property of its respective sources and is shown with attribution.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. See our advertising policy. Advertising does not influence any destination's risk assessment.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
